Journey to Health
Banananxiety
Hey friends! 💛 Over the years, I’ve tried so many things to help with depression and anxiety. Some worked, some didn’t—but the ones below are resources I genuinely love and recommend. [More Coming Soon]

đź’¤ Sleep Support
Magnesium Supplements – check with your doctor first, but many find this calming. It helps with my headaches, I swear by this exact magnesium.
Sound Machines – white noise or ocean waves = instant calm. Not only is this a sound and white noise machine, it is aan alarm clock. My FAVORITE part is that it is an automatic daylight simulator that gently wakes you up naturally and helps with seasonal depression!
Blue Light Glasses – helpful for unwinding before bed.
🍌 Everyday Helpers
Bananas! Simple, natural, full of magnesium + potassium (my favorite snack when I need a mood lift).
Weighted Blanket – like a cozy hug that helps calm racing thoughts at night. [Link placeholder]
Herbal Tea Blends – chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm are my go-to’s. [Link placeholder]
Creatine is one of the most well-studied supplements and may support brain energy and muscle function. I recommend sticking with a simple, third-party-tested creatine monohydrate.
📚 Books I Recommend
The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund Bourne
Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff
Atomic Habits by James Clear (helpful for building calming routines)
