2 Tools That Helped Me Today

I have been extremely tired lately I think I’ve been fighting a cold (it seems to be improving and it’s not Covid). But I did this yoga video today and it was immensely refreshing. I cannot explain all the benefits there are from yoga so you’ll just have to discover that on your own!

2. I read these affirmations out loud as I’m getting ready to fall asleep just now and I felt better right away. I plan to add this to my nightly ritual ✨🌛 💫
