I don’t know about you, but I get into bad “food ruts”. By that I mean, cooking is a drag, nothing sounds good, but apparently humans “need food to live”… Lately I’ve been in a food rut and eating things like cookies as a meal. I had been craving potatoes lately so I thought I bet there’s a kale potato soup recipe out there! I found this one and I made mine slightly different than as instructed but here is a link to the recipe. I love how this turned out it was easy, cheap, and HEALTHY! Just how I like em 😉
