Update
Hello! I have been still doing intermittent fasting daily (there have been 2 or 3 days that I didn’t do it). Something I noticed recently is….I don’t take heartburn medication anymore! I have been taking it for severe heartburn since I was 14, so 19 years. Wow, that’s a long time… I occasionally get the feeling that heartburn is going to start, but then it goes away on it’s own. I attribute this to intermittent fasting. This is a huge improvement for me as my rheumatologist told me that I have pre-pre-cancerous erosion in my esophagus due to years of acid reflux.
As for Intermittent fasting, I am getting used to it but it is somewhat difficult. I used to eat up until 11 pm, and would wake up in the morning and begin eating right away. So I’m keeping my fasts to about 12 to 13 hours. Occasionally more if it happens naturally. For me, slow and steady works the best for me, I need time to get used to things.
