I’ve had a severe headache for 3 days straight. I’m not sure if it’s from intermittent fasting, or the severe change in weather here in Iowa we’re experiencing record low temperatures because of the Polar Vortex. Also I am about 4 weeks into taking an antidepressant, Cymbalta. All of these things can be the cause of my headaches. But I’m hoping to feel better asap! Will keep you posted.
