Low Calorie "Cloud" Protein Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Tsp White Vinegar Can substitute with 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 4 Tsp Sweetener -- Zero Calorie Can use regular sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Equipment

  • Hand or Stand Mixer
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking dish

Method
 

  1. Beat egg whites into submission until foamy
  2. Slowly add in vinegar
  3. Keep beating until there’s stiff peaks
  4. Fold in sweetener and cornstarch (and optional ingredients)
  5. Line baking dish with parchment paper and add mixture to the dish
  6. Bake in oven at 400℉ about 15-20 minutes until the top is turning golden brown
