Smoothie & Swelling
Last night I made raw vegan brownies. They are super easy to make and taste just as good as eating normal sweets/baked goods. While I was chowing down I noticed while it was as satisfying as those things, I didn’t have the mental bog-down that I normally experience when eating something of that level of deliciousness. My head was still clear and happy.
This morning, I made a smoothie and it’s fan fucking tastic. It is frozen bananas, strawberries, grapes, spinach, almond milk, protein powder, raw mixed nuts and seeds.
My work days are starting to be longer than I’m used to so I’m going to plan out meals to bring with me.
The pic of me above is this morning with my morning smoothie. I have a wrist brace on because my doctor thinks I have tendinitis, but it’s been bothering me for 4 months now so, I don’t know. And my hand is swollen in the picture because of my Scleroderma. They say the swelling is the beginning stages of it and it’s stayed in the beginning stage for years and years now. Probably attributed to my healthy lifestyle!
